Description

Instructions to set up a Hexagon Agility FleetCare^® Helpdesk account.

Procedure

1. Using your preferred internet browser, navigate to the Hexagon Agility FleetCare service portal.

2. Click on “SIGN UP” (arrow).

3. Click on and review the “User Access Agreement” (arrow).

4. Complete your account registration information (shaded) and click “REGISTER” (arrow). NOTE: For customer specific site access, be sure to use your company email address.

5. A verification message will be sent to your email address confirming access to Helpdesk features and content.
