By logging into the Hexagon® Agility® Helpdesk, You, the user, agree to the following terms of use:
- The Hexagon® Agility® Helpdesk is intended to be used by certified technicians, mechanics, and trained/licensed professionals only.
- Servicing or repairing a fuel system without adhering to proper training, instructions, procedures, and without using proper tools and equipment may result in severe injury or death to yourself, others and may damage the vehicle/system.
- Only service vehicles inside facilities equipped with the required safety equipment for that fuel type and systems as designated and in accordance with any relevant federal, state, provincial, local laws, and applicable NFPA/CSA standards.
- Hexagon® Agility® Helpdesk content contains links to associated documents and service procedures as reference material(s). Before starting a procedure make sure that you understand all details of the procedure and their precautions.
- Vehicle service and maintenance practices are to be performed in accordance with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and any relevant federal, state, provincial, and local safety standards.
- Always depressurize fuel system prior to servicing a fuel system component.
- Always defuel the fuel storage system prior to servicing cylinders/tanks, valves, and/or associated plumbing and hardware.
- Only use Genuine Hexagon® Agility® parts and equipment for servicing your vehicle/system.
- Hexagon Agility has ensured the accuracy and reliability of Helpdesk content in accordance with prevailing industry standards; however, it cannot predict or warn of all possible scenarios and their possible consequences. Take caution when servicing or repairing a fuel system, use best safety practices, and clarify any questions or concerns before engaging in service or repair.
Signal Flag Definitions
DANGER indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
WARNING indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE is used to address practices not related to physical injury, such as best practices or tips to help an operation or procedure go smoothly and prevent equipment damage.
